Your choice might relate to any appropriate area of HRM or IHRM and, although this is likely to be at a functional or operational level, implications of alignment (or possibly a lack of) with vision, mission and strategy should be considered. For example, you might have noticed an HRM/IHRM issue of interest in your place of work, a problem that needs investigating. Has something in the national/international press appropriate to HRM attracted your attention? Is there a problematic issue related to the cross-cultural transfer of HRM practices?
