Mini Research topics: (Approximately 500 words each topic) 1500 words total.
1) Describe in detail – using hand drawn imagery and text, describe the information required to be detailed in a site plan.
2) Investigate Australian Standard AS 2870 (Residential Slabs and Footings) – using Imagery and additional text from other resources, detail site classification types, methodology to determine a sites classification and effects of fill on a classification.
3) Investigate Australian Standard AS4055 (Wind Loads for Houses)andthrough your analysis describe the process to assess a buildings exposure to wind loads and what forms of bracing are used to counteract these loads.
